Kısaca: North Defense'in kendisi hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz; hesap, sunucu ve analiz aracı yoktur, ilerlemen yalnızca kendi cihazında durur. Oyun ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob ile reklam gösterir: AdMob reklam sunmak için reklam kimliğini ve cihaz bilgilerini kullanır. Avrupa'da kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için onayın sorulur, iPhone'da izleme izni istenir. Reklamları Kaldır ya da herhangi bir satın alma, açılış ve geçiş reklamlarını kapatır.
Toplanan veriler
Oyunun kendisi hiçbir şey toplamaz: adını, e-posta adresini, konumunu, rehberini ya da fotoğraflarını istemez, okumaz ve kendine ait hiçbir sunucuya göndermez (oyunun sunucusu yoktur). Reklamlar için Google AdMob'un topladıkları aşağıda, "Reklamlar" bölümündedir.
Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Oyun, Google'ın reklam hizmeti AdMob ile üç tür reklam gösterir: uygulama açılırken bir açılış reklamı, birkaç savaşta bir sonuç ekranından çıkarken bir geçiş reklamı, ve yalnızca sen istersen izlediğin ödüllü reklamlar (savaşın gümüşünü ikiye katlamak, Pazar'daki günlük hediye). İlk açılışta, eğitim sırasında ve savaş sürerken reklam çıkmaz.
- AdMob'un kullandıkları: reklam kimliği (Android'de Google reklam kimliği, iPhone'da izin verdiysen IDFA), IP adresi, cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri (model, işletim sistemi, dil, uygulama sürümü), reklam etkileşimleri ve kaba konum (IP adresinden). - Onay: Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'nda, Birleşik Krallık'ta ve İsviçre'de oyun, eğitim bittikten sonra Google'ın onay formunu (UMP) gösterir; kişiselleştirilmiş reklama izin vermeyebilirsin. Seçimini Ayarlar › Gizlilik › Reklam tercihleri ile her zaman değiştirebilirsin.
- iPhone'da izleme izni: onaydan sonra iOS bir kez "izlemeye izin verilsin mi" diye sorar (App Tracking Transparency). Reddedersen IDFA kullanılmaz; yine oynarsın, yalnızca daha az kişisel reklamlar görürsün. Bu izni iPhone Ayarlar › Gizlilik ve Güvenlik › İzleme bölümünden değiştirebilirsin.
- Android'de: reklam kimliğini Ayarlar › Google › Reklamlar (ya da Gizlilik › Reklamlar) bölümünden sıfırlayabilir ya da sildirebilirsin.
- Reklamları kaldırmak: "Reklamları Kaldır" ürünü ya da oyunda yaptığın herhangi bir gerçek parayla satın alma (elmas paketi, Başlangıç Paketi) açılış ve geçiş reklamlarını kalıcı olarak kapatır. Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlı olarak kalır; izlemezsen hiç gösterilmez.
Cihazında saklananlar
Oyunu kaydetmek için şu bilgiler yalnızca cihazındaki uygulama alanında tutulur:
- oyun ilerlemen (seferler, ordu, hero'lar, gümüş, elmas, başarımlar, günlük ödül ve görevler),
- ayarların (dil, ses, titreşim ve benzeri),
- aynı satın almanın iki kez verilmemesi için mağazanın verdiği işlem numaraları,
- reklamların sıklığı için sayaçlar (açılış sayısı, oyun süresi, son reklamın zamanı, bugün izlenen ödüllü reklamlar) ve bir satın alma yapıldığı bilgisi.
Bu bilgilere bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Oyunu sildiğinde hepsi silinir. Cihazının kendi yedeklemesi (iCloud ya da Google yedeklemesi) açıksa bu dosyalar o yedeğe dahil olabilir; bu yedekler Apple ya da Google tarafından, senin hesabında yönetilir ve bize ulaşmaz.
Uygulama içi satın almalar
Satın almalar tamamen App Store (Apple) ya da Google Play (Google) üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgilerini biz görmeyiz. Oyun mağazadan yalnızca satın alınan ürünü ve işlemin onayını alır, ödülü cihazında verir. Bu işlemler Apple'ın ve Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
İnternet ve izinler
Oyun internete mağazayla konuşmak (ürün fiyatları, satın alma, satın alımları geri yükleme) ve reklamları yüklemek için bağlanır. Android'de bunun için internet, ağ durumu, Google Play faturalandırma ve reklam kimliği (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) izinleri kullanılır; iPhone'da izleme izni yalnızca bir kez sorulur. Kamera, mikrofon, konum, rehber, fotoğraflar ya da bildirim izni istenmez.
Çocuklar
Oyun 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve kimseden bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Reklamları Google AdMob gösterir.

In short: North Defense itself collects no personal data; there are no accounts, no server and no analytics, and your progress stays on your own device. The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses your advertising ID and device details to serve them. In Europe you are asked to consent to personalized ads; on iPhone the game asks for permission to track. Remove Ads, or any purchase, turns off the app-open and interstitial ads.
Data we collect
The game itself collects nothing: it does not ask for, read or send your name, e-mail address, location, contacts or photos to any server of its own (the game has none). What Google AdMob collects for the ads is described below under "Ads".
Ads (Google AdMob)
The game shows three kinds of ads through Google's AdMob service: an app-open ad as the app starts, an interstitial ad every few battles as you leave the results, and rewarded ads that play only when you choose to watch one (to double a battle's silver, the Market's daily gift). There are no ads on the first launch, during the tutorial or while a battle is being fought.
- What AdMob uses: the advertising ID (Google's advertising ID on Android; on iPhone the IDFA, only if you allow tracking), the IP address, device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version), ad interactions and an approximate location (from the IP address). Google uses them to serve and measure ads, to prevent fraud and, if you allow it, to personalize ads. This data goes to Google directly and never reaches us. - Consent: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game shows Google's consent form (UMP) once the tutorial is over; you may decline personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time under Settings › Privacy › Ad choices.
- Tracking on iPhone: after the consent form, iOS asks once whether the game may track you (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, the IDFA is not used; you still play and simply see less personalized ads. You can change this under the iPhone's Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- On Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings › Google › Ads (or Privacy › Ads).
- Removing ads: the "Remove Ads" product, or any real-money purchase in the game (a diamond pack, the Starter Pack), turns off the app-open and interstitial ads for good. Rewarded ads stay optional; if you never watch one, none is shown.
What is stored on your device
To save your game, the following is kept only in the app's storage on your device:
- your progress (campaigns, army, heroes, silver, diamonds, achievements, daily reward and quests),
- your settings (language, sound, haptics and the like),
- the transaction numbers the store gives, so that the same purchase is never granted twice,
- counters that pace the ads (launches, play time, when the last ad showed, rewarded ads watched today) and whether a purchase was made.
We have no access to this data. Deleting the game deletes all of it. If your device's own backup (iCloud or Google backup) is turned on, these files may be included in that backup; such backups are managed by Apple or Google in your account and never reach us.
In-app purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). We never see your payment details. The game only receives the purchased product and the store's confirmation of the transaction, and grants the reward on your device. These transactions are subject to Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.
Internet and permissions
The game connects to the internet to talk to the store (product prices, purchases, restoring purchases) and to load ads. On Android it uses the internet, network state, Google Play billing and advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) permissions for this; on iPhone the tracking permission is asked once. It does not ask for the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or notifications.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone. Ads are shown by Google AdMob.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date.
